ABOUT RALLYING:- There are 70 Centres throughout the U.K. Membership of a Centre is FREE provided you are a member of  The Caravan Club. Rallies are essentially gatherings of Caravan Club Members in an organised manner. Rallies can be held on farm's with only basic facilities or on commercially run sites usually at discount prices.     Social events are often held on rallies. During the winter months using a local village hall near to the rally field. Avon Juniors provide their Disco for family entertainment. Some social events may have a theme which is at the Rally Officers discretion to organise. Competion's between Centres are mainly Sports orientated for the Junior Members, but bi-annually is the Rally of Wessex where seven Centre's compete in various events for the Wessex Trophy. You are not restricted to ralling only with Avon Centre, being a Centre member allows you to visit other Centre's (you will find other Centre's with web sites on our links page).     Whether you are a 'New' Avon Centre Member or a visitor to one of our Rallies you can be assured of a warm welcome and I hope you will join us in the future.
