IMPORTANT NOTICE

Following a recent complaint to the Caravan Club regarding noise on the Rally Field the committee and all rally officers have been asked to ensure that rule 12 of centre rules is adhered to, the rule states :-

Members should not cause annoyance to other members by creating unnecessary noise. Radio, TV etc. Volume must be reduced at 11pm to a reasonable level.

Please respect your Rally Officers decision if they ask you to reduce noise levels - the comittee will take necessary action to persistant offenders!!

COMPLAINTS / CONCERNS

Please could all ralliers note that if you encounter any problems whilst on a rally you should contact your Rally officer immediately.

Rule 14a states :- If any member has a legitamate complaint, this should be reported to the rally officer or any committee member immediatley so that necessary action can be taken by the committee then, or at the next committee meeting.

Non - Arrival / Late Cancellation Rule

If a member cancels late 14 days or less or is a non arrival on 3 rallies in a rolling 12 month period that member will be required to pay in full when booking a rally for a period of 12 months. After 2 occasions of non arrival or late cancellation within the specified time period, a letter will be sent warning the member that on the third occasion within the rolling 12 month period will mean that the member will be required to pay for rallies in full for a 12 month period. Rally Officers will be instructed not to accept booking slips from these members unless accompanied by full payment. The Committee will have the discretion not to apply this rule where in its opinion the late cancellation or non arrival is unavoidable. For example if a member has a long term medical condition, requiring ongoing treatment.

Membership Cards

Membership cards must be available if asked for on arrival at a rally, non caravan club members are not allowed to rally due to insurance restrictions.
