CHARITY CYCLE RIDE

On the last bank holiday weekend Gary, Dan and Nigel braved the torrential rain and headlong wind to cycle 118 miles from Cymbran to Exeter to raise money for both the Senior & Junior Charities

Rally Proformas for 2011

The committee has decided that for the 2011 Rally Book all proformas must be with the Rally Secretary by 9th October 2010. Any proformas received after this date may not be included in the Rally Book.

This date will ensure that the Rally Book can be properly produced and be in time for distribution

Non - Arrival / Late Cancellation Rule

If a member cancels late 14 days or less or is a non arrival on 3 rallies in a rolling 12 month period that member will be required to pay in full when booking a rally for a period of 12 months. After 2 occasions of non arrival or late cancellation within the specified time period, a letter will be sent warning the member that on the third occasion within the rolling 12 month period will mean that the member will be required to pay for rallies in full for a 12 month period. Rally Officers will be instructed not to accept booking slips from these members unless accompanied by full payment. The Committee will have the discretion not to apply this rule where in its opinion the late cancellation or non arrival is unavoidable. For example if a member has a long term medical condition, requiring ongoing treatment.

Membership Cards

Membership cards must be available if asked for on arrival at a rally, non caravan club members are not allowed to rally due to insurance restrictions.

All Rally Officers

All cheques received from ralliers as payment or part payment for a rally must be forwarded to the treasurer within one month of the date on the cheque.

If rally officers do not wish to post or cannot see the treasurer by this date any Committee member can receive the cheques and give them to the treasurer at the next meeting. Meetings are on the first Monday of each month.
